Sylvie Charland is a communications specialist with over 12 years of experience in the field. She is President of Outsource Communications, a consulting firm heavily focused on non-profits including the Canadian Cancer Society, Canadian Women in Communications and the Easter Seal Society, among others. She has held management positions with a number of organizations where she played a lead role in securing media coverage, developing media strategies and writing/editing publications, speeches and articles. Ms. Charland is also Co-President of Translation Plus, a French-English translation agency with clients such as Health Canada, eBay and Wal-Mart.

Roger King has over 14 years of media relations experience which has included producing and pitching interviews, B-roll packages and live events for both Canada News Wire and their parent company, P.R. Newswire in New York. Mr. King is the owner of PN Agency which provides voices to the North American radio, television, film and animation industries. In 2004, he launched a sister agency, Ethnic Voice Talent (EVT), and now represents over 100 voice talents & translators in more than 15 different languages. He is also the Media Chair of Democrats Abroad Canada (DAC).
